Gluing Attachment
Use of gluing enables inline production of 8, 12 and 16-page
booklets, envelopes, pockets, etc. in a single pass through the
folder. Applications also include the sealing of direct-mail
pieces, production of lottery tickets, and preparing products for
binding or handling in saddlestitchers or perfect binders.
Modern gluers require very little care and maintenance, and
are very easy to setup.
Gluing greatly increases the value added to folded products
and opens up lucrative markets for products made entirely inline.
